Amount Per Serving: Vitamin A 1,500 mcg; Vitamin D 1.2 mcg (50 IU); Folate 680 mcg DFE; Vitamin B12 100 mcg; Biotin 500 mcg; Selenium 25 mcg; MSM 325 mg; Saw Palmetto Berry Extract 320 mg; Stinging Nettle (leaves) 240 mg; PABA 150 mg; Bamboo Stem and Leaf Extract 100 mg; Betaine Hydrochloride 100 mg.
Other Ingredients: Hypromellose (natural vegetable capsules) and magnesium stearate.
How to Use
